Agreement
By using this site or buying from us you agree to these terms. We are Lefty's Parlor LLC, 64 East Fort Street, Farmington, IL 61531.
Orders and pickup
Food and drink orders are for in-store pickup only — we do not ship ice cream. Pick up at the time you chose, during our opening hours. We make everything in small batches, so occasionally a flavor runs out; if that happens before you arrive we will contact you and either substitute with your agreement or refund you.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Tax is calculated at checkout. All payments are processed by Square under their terms. We never handle your card details.
Merchandise
Merchandise is shipped.
Pint Club membership
- Membership is $39 per month, charged automatically through Square Subscriptions until you cancel.
- Each month includes 4 pints, of which 1 is a Club Exclusive flavor not sold in the shop. We choose the flavors.
- Pints are collected in store in the first week of the month, on the days we are open (Thursday through Sunday). They are not shipped. Pints not collected in that window are forfeited for that month; your membership continues.
- Cancel any time from your member page, with no fee. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. We do not refund a month already charged.
- Pints are packed fresh and cannot be held indefinitely.
- The free Lefty's pint coozie is handed over with your first pickup, one per membership, while stocks last.
- Membership is sold one month at a time. There are no prepaid blocks and no annual plans.
- A membership can be gifted: it is the same monthly subscription, billed to the giver rather than the person collecting the pints. One subscription per recipient, so a giver paying for several can cancel any one of them separately. Because the charge belongs to the giver, the 2× Rewards points are credited to the giver's account. Either the giver or the recipient can cancel a gifted membership.
Lefty's Rewards
Rewards is free to join. You earn 10 points for every whole dollar you spend, calculated on the pre-tax total. Points expire 12 months after you earn them. Pint Club members earn 2× points on the monthly membership charge, and at the normal rate on everything else.
Rewards currently redeem as follows: 250 points — a free sundae topping; 400 points — $2 off your order; 700 points — $5 off your order; 1,000 points — $8 off your order; 1,500 points — a free pint. Points have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. The programme runs inside Square, whose record of your balance is the one we go by. We may change or end the programme, or change what points are worth, with notice where we reasonably can.
Gift cards
Gift cards are issued and administered by Square, are redeemable in store, and are not redeemable for cash except where the law requires it.
Allergens
Everything is made in one small kitchen on shared equipment. We cannot guarantee that any product is free of milk, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat or any other allergen. If you have a severe allergy, please talk to us before ordering.

Events and catering
Event bookings are confirmed by us in writing, not by submitting the form.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability we cannot limit by law.
