Who we are

What we collect

Only what we need to serve you:

  • Orders: your name, email, phone number and what you ordered.
  • Lefty's Rewards: first name, phone, optional email, optional birthday month and day.
  • Pint Club: name, email, phone, optional birthday, and any allergy or dietary notes you give us.
  • Consent records: whether you opted in to texts or email, and when.

Payment information

We never see your card details. All payments are processed by Square. Card numbers go directly to Square and are never transmitted to, stored on or accessible by our systems.

How we use it

  • To take, prepare and hand over your order.
  • To run your Rewards account and your Pint Club membership.
  • To contact you about an order or membership — these are service messages and are not marketing.
  • To send marketing texts or email, only if you ticked the box.

Text messages

If you opt in to marketing texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages from us at the number you gave. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages about an order or membership you already have.

We never sell or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that make the shop work: Square (payments, catalogue, customers, loyalty and subscriptions) and, where you have opted in, our messaging provider. Each handles your data under its own terms.

How long we keep it

Order and membership records for as long as we need them for our accounts. Consent records for as long as we rely on that consent, plus a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any marketing text.
  • Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Email us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
  • Cancel your Pint Club membership any time from your member page.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
